Kashless.org is building the leading "ReCommerce" community and platform enabling person to person product reuse, sharing, lending, trade and other "cashless" transactions. If you know something about ecommerce, building communities and are passionate about making a difference, we should talk (or email).
On the development side, we're all about Ruby on Rails, javascript, CSS, XHTML, agile development, and clean great design. We're still a relatively small team, which means you'll deal with a minimum of bureaucracy and have a lot of input over the future direction of the system. I bet you and your friends would actually use the site. There is already a multi-year roadmap of great product features to build.
