Kashless Prohibited Items
Many laws, regulations
and policies, in a variety of jurisdictions, regulate the goods and services
that may be advertised, promoted, purchaesd, sold, or distributed. As a
convenience to you, we have prepared a list of some of the types of prohibited
and restricted items the advertisement or offer of which is not permitted on
kashless. This list may not be inclusive of all items prohibited or
regulated by various laws and regulations which may apply to you and your listings.
kashless users remain responsible for complying
with all applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on goods and services
that they may list or offer on kashless, as well as with all applicable laws,
regulations, or restrictions applicable to the manner of sale, offer, payment, exchange,
promotion, or distribution -- including but not limited to those imposed by the
state of Washington (where the kashless service physically resides). We
encourage you to research the applicable laws and regulations that may apply to
your goods or services and to their sale, promotion, distribution, or other
disposition.
