Just found a neat site that discusses Regifting stories.  Regiftable.com is run by some consumer counseling company with a heart and a sense of humor. The site lets you share stories about regifting and rate the funny stories. No transaction engine for regifting yet though.  We need to get them linked to Kashless.org for that!
